Blueberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tsp filtered water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Add blueberries, water and honey to a pot and cook on medium for 5-7 minutes, or until blueberries break down.
  • Remove from heat and add chia seeds. Let sit until jam thickens.
