- 1 lb chicken shredded (use rotisserie for short cut)
- ¾ cup bacon bits
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese or creamy vegan cheese
- 10 tortillas
- Chives for topping
- Avocado oil
- 12 oz ranch

Gather your ingredients.
Cook bacon according to package instructions.
Chop vegetables and crumble bacon.
Combine chicken, bacon, jalapeno, cheese, 1 cup ranch and cream cheese in a bowl. Spread onto a tortilla and add another tortilla on top.
Place tortilla in a greased pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are crispy (about 5 min per side).
Cut into triangles, drizzle with additional ranch and chives and enjoy!
