Equipment

  • 1 charcuterie board
  • 3 mini ramekins
  • 1 knife
  • 1 cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 pumpkins
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 1/2 cup pretzels
  • 1/2 cup crackers
  • 1 package salami
  • 1 bar chocolate
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp jam
  • 2 packages dairy free cheese
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/2 cup blackberries

Instructions

  • Start by placing the mini ramekins and any centerpieces.
  • Arrange the meats and cheeses on the board. You can overlap the slices to create a more visually appealing presentation.
  • Next, add the fruits, nuts, chocolates and crackers. Be sure to spread them out evenly so that everyone has a chance to try them.

Here is a general serving guide:
  • For 2-4 people, a board that is 12-16 inches long and 8-10 inches wide is a good size.
  • For 4-6 people, a board that is 16-20 inches long and 10-12 inches wide is a good size.
  • For 6-8 people, a board that is 20-24 inches long and 12-14 inches wide is a good size.
  • For 8+ people, a board that is 24 inches or longer is a good size.
