Gluten Free Almond Joy
These homemade Gluten Free Almond Joy candy bars are the perfect decadent treat! They are a more wholesome and allergy-friendly alternative to the classic candy bar. Think almonds, coconut and rich chocolate! I used a coconut protein bar as the base as well, so these bars have 12 g of protein.

1 knife
1 plate
1 parchment paper sheet
1 spoon or fork
Gather your ingredients.
Cut protein bars in half.
Melt chocolate.
Dip each bar in chocolate and place on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Quickly press an almond into the top of each bar before the chocolate hardens.
Step 6: Place bars in the freezer for 1 hour or until hardened. Enjoy!
