Gluten Free Almond Joy

These homemade Gluten Free Almond Joy candy bars are the perfect decadent treat! They are a more wholesome and allergy-friendly alternative to the classic candy bar. Think almonds, coconut and rich chocolate! I used a coconut protein bar as the base as well, so these bars have 12 g of protein.

  • 1 knife
  • 1 plate
  • 1 parchment paper sheet
  • 1 spoon or fork

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Cut protein bars in half.
  • Melt chocolate.
  • Dip each bar in chocolate and place on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Quickly press an almond into the top of each bar before the chocolate hardens.
  • Step 6: Place bars in the freezer for 1 hour or until hardened. Enjoy!
