- 2 1/4 cups gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- dash salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 350°F.
Add dry ingredients into a bowl.
Stir in wet ingredients.
Refrigerate dough for 15-20 minutes.
Stir in chocolate chips and freeze dried strawberries and scoop 1/2 inch cookie dough balls onto greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten with a spoon before baking in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
