Gluten Free Mug Brownie
If you're having a craving for a rich, fudgy brownie but you don't feel like making a whole batch, this gluten free mug brownie recipe is the perfect solution! This brownie is moist and rich and it's made in under 5 minutes in the microwave!

(I used Bob's Red Mill Paleo Flour)

cacao powder

coconut sugar
chocolate chips

dairy-free if needed

avocado oil
vanilla ice cream
(optional)
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl and pour into mug (or combine ingredients right in the mug for easy clean up)!
Microwave for 1 minute.
Top with ice cream and extra chocolate chips and enjoy!
