Gluten Free Mug Brownie

If you're having a craving for a rich, fudgy brownie but you don't feel like making a whole batch, this gluten free mug brownie recipe is the perfect solution! This brownie is moist and rich and it's made in under 5 minutes in the microwave!

Equipment

  • microwave

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour (I used Bob's Red Mill Paleo Flour)
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • chocolate chips measure with your heart here!
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp milk dairy-free if needed
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and pour into mug (or combine ingredients right in the mug for easy clean up)!
  • Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Top with ice cream and extra chocolate chips and enjoy!

Notes

NOTE: Every microwave is different so make sure to watch your mug brownie to make sure it doesn't burn!
