- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp green onions
- 3 cups broth
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 cakes gluten-free ramen noodles
Toppings
- 1 sheet nori
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 jammy egg
- 1 chicken breast, cooked
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Gather your ingredients.
Chop the garlic, green onions and ginger.
Add the garlic, ginger and green onion to an oiled pan and cook on low-medium heat until lightly browned.
Pour in broth and coconut aminos and bring to a boil.
Add in ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until soft.
Pour into bowls, add your toppings and enjoy!
