Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 pot

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp green onions
  • 3 cups broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 cakes gluten-free ramen noodles

Toppings

  • 1 sheet nori
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 jammy egg
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 tbsp green onions, chopped

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Chop the garlic, green onions and ginger.
  • Add the garlic, ginger and green onion to an oiled pan and cook on low-medium heat until lightly browned.
  • Pour in broth and coconut aminos and bring to a boil.
  • Add in ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until soft.
  • Pour into bowls, add your toppings and enjoy!
