Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten-free and dairy-free gnocchi
  • 1 cup frozen peppers
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Dash salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Pour the ingredients onto a baking dish.
  • Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the gnocchi is slightly crispy and the vegetables are fully cooked.
