This easy, no bake Icebox Cake is a cool, creamy summer treat made with layers of whipped cream, cookies, chocolate and sunflower seed butter. It’s nostalgic, festive and perfect for feeding a crowd.

Equipment

  • 1 baking dish
  • 1 sheet of parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes mini cookies
  • 2 containers whipped cream
  • ½ cup sunflower butter
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Add cookies to the bottom of the dish.
  • Layer whipped cream on top.
  • Drizzle on chocolate and sunflower butter.
  • Add another cookie layer, whipped cream and another drizzle on top.
  • Place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy!
