Icebox Cake
This easy, no bake Icebox Cake is a cool, creamy summer treat made with layers of whipped cream, cookies, chocolate and sunflower seed butter. It’s nostalgic, festive and perfect for feeding a crowd.
Equipment
- 1 baking dish
- 1 sheet of parchment paper
Ingredients
- 2 boxes mini cookies
- 2 containers whipped cream
- ½ cup sunflower butter
- ¾ cup chocolate chips melted
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Add cookies to the bottom of the dish.
- Layer whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle on chocolate and sunflower butter.
- Add another cookie layer, whipped cream and another drizzle on top.
- Place in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
- Serve and enjoy!
