- fruit ice cubes (or regular)
- ½ each lemon juiced
- 1 can coconut water
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 drop Apothecary tincture optional
Prep the fruit ice cubes in advance. I like to make mine the night before.
Juice the lemon fresh: This keeps the flavor bright and tangy. Avoid using bottled lemon juice if you can.
Stir just enough to dissolve the honey without breaking up the ice cubes too fast.
Loaded water is best enjoyed fresh and straight away.
