Ingredients
1lbground turkey
15ozcannellini beanssoaked and cooked
15ozblack beanssoaked and cooked
1sweet potato
2clovesgarlic
1sweet onion
1carton brothor homemade broth- 32 oz
4carrots
dashsalt
Instructions
Gather your ingredients. Chop vegetables.
Add onion to oiled pot. Cook on low-med until lightly browned.
Add in meat, beans, sweet potato, garlic, carrots and salt.
Pour over broth.
Cover and cook for 45 minutes-1 hour on low-med heat, stirring occasionally.
Notes
To make a lower histamine version, cook it in the Instant Pot instead.
