Low Histamine Ketchup

I'm obsessed with this low histamine ketchup—its simple to make and bursting with flavor. If you're navigating a low histamine diet, losing staples like vinegar and ketchup can feel like a major flavor sacrifice. Ketchup isn’t just a sauce; it’s a go-to comfort condiment—perfect for dunking fries, layering on burgers, or whisking into marinades and dressings. This version brings all the cozy, familiar vibes without the histamine overload.
