Low Histamine Ranch Dressing

This recipe for low histamine ranch dressing is gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and made with fresh herbs. It's also easy to make and doesn't require any special ingredients.

Equipment

  • 1 high-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream 5.4 oz
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp fresh dill
  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tsp fresh green onion
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • dash salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice if tolerated

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend for about 15 seconds.

Notes

NOTE: Refrigerate the can of coconut cream overnight before making this recipe!
NOTE: Do not over blend the dressing or it will turn green.
