Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups graham crackers or sweet thins
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut whipped cream

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Crush graham crackers and combine with melted coconut oil in one bowl.
  • Combine pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and sugar in another bowl.
