  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1/2 green cabbage
  • 1 package broccoli slaw
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Add ground beef to an oiled skillet, season with salt and garlic powder and brown over medium heat.
  • Chop cabbage and onions.
  • Add in onions and continue to cook.
  • Pour in broccoli slaw, cabbage and coconut aminos and cook until vegetables are done.
  • While dish is cooking, option to cook an egg to top this paleo egg roll in a bowl. Enjoy!
