- 1 bowl
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 spoon
- 1 knife
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine almond milk, oil, honey, vanilla and coconut sugar in a bowl.
- Add in remaining dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips.
- Place batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheets. Make sure to give the cookies plenty of room to spread out.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Let cool before frosting and adding reindeer faces. Enjoy!
