1 baking dish (8x8)
1 whisk

1 baking sheet
1 knife
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- dash salt
- 3/4 cup frozen bell peppers
- 6 pieces turkey bacon
- 6 english muffins
- 6 slices cheese (dairy free if needed)
- 6 tbsp burger sauce
Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F.
Combine eggs, spices, bell peppers and milk in a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned on the bottom.
While egg bake is cooking, toast english muffins.
Cook turkey bacon in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy.
Cut egg bake into squares and place each square onto an english muffin.
Add turkey bacon.
Add cheese on top.
Place the other half of the english muffin on top and bake for 7-10 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove top of sandwich, add sauce and enjoy!
