  • 1 box pasta (gluten free if needed)
  • 1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • dash salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Cook pasta according to instructions on box.
  • Combine all ingredients for sauce in a high-speed blender.
  • Pour over pasta, serve and enjoy!
