- 1 box pasta (gluten free if needed)
- 1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- dash salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Gather your ingredients.
