1 cutting board
1 knife
2 spoons
1 air fryer (optional)
- 4 tortillas
- 2-4 bananas
- 4 tbsp sunflower seed butter or nut butter
- 4 tsp strawberry jelly
- Coconut flakes for topping
- Maple syrup for topping
Spread sunflower seed butter and jelly on each tortilla.
Add ½-1 banana to each tortilla (depending on size).
Roll the tortilla around the banana and seal the edge.
Cut into rounds to make sushi.
Add to an air fryer for 7 minutes.
Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
Use your favorite spread: Sunflower seed butter keeps it nut-free, but almond or peanut butter works too.
Pick ripe bananas: Firm but ripe bananas roll best without breaking.
Get creative with toppings: Try shredded coconut, chia seeds, or colorful sprinkles for extra fun.
Air fryer option: A quick 7-minute air fry adds crunch and makes them feel like a treat.
