  • 1 knife
  • 2 spoons
  • 1 air fryer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2-4 bananas
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seed butter or nut butter

  • Coconut flakes for topping
  • Maple syrup for topping

Instructions

  • Spread sunflower seed butter and jelly on each tortilla.
  • Add ½-1 banana to each tortilla (depending on size).
  • Roll the tortilla around the banana and seal the edge.
  • Cut into rounds to make sushi.
  • Add to an air fryer for 7 minutes.
  • Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Enjoy!

Notes

Use your favorite spread: Sunflower seed butter keeps it nut-free, but almond or peanut butter works too.
Pick ripe bananas: Firm but ripe bananas roll best without breaking.
Get creative with toppings: Try shredded coconut, chia seeds, or colorful sprinkles for extra fun.
Air fryer option: A quick 7-minute air fry adds crunch and makes them feel like a treat.
