Air Fryer Breakfast Sausage Patties

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs I use Paleo Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Roll sausages into balls and flatten.
  • Line air fryer with aluminum foil or parchment paper. For best results, place patties in the air fryer in a single layer. Air fry patties at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Use a meat thermometer to make sure they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

NOTE: The breading I used already has salt and spices mixed in, so if yours doesn't, make sure to add spices and salt.
