Air Fryer Chicken Burgers
Today, I'm excited to share my absolute favorite chicken burger recipe- air fryer chicken burgers!

- 1 package ground chicken
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 1/8 cup paleo flour
- 1/4 lemon, juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- Dash salt or garlic salt (use for both)
- 2 zucchinis (for the fries)
- 1/2 cup avocado oil (for the fries)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for the fries)
For the burgers: Combine ground chicken, red onion, paleo flour, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt and avocado oil in a bowl. Form into patties (it should make about 4). Air fry at 400° F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

For the zucchini fries: Cut 2 zucchinis lengthwise and chop to create fry shapes.
Dip into avocado oil and then breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with garlic salt and air fry for 7-10 min at 400°F.
