Today, I’m excited to share my absolute favorite chicken burger recipe- air fryer chicken burgers! I paired them with crispy zucchini fries and I will also share that recipe in this post! This is the best meal that’s not only packed with flavor but is also low-carb and dairy-free! These burgers can also be easily made gluten-free as well. My air fryer has honestly become my newfound kitchen superhero. Its ability to give a delightful crunch to dishes without drowning them in unhealthy oils is truly remarkable. And when it comes to preparing a satisfying burger, the air fryer works its magic by creating a juicy and tender patty ASAP! These burgers are super quick and easy to make. I know you’re going to love them!

Equipment Needed to Make Air Fryer Chicken Burgers

All you need for this recipe is an air fryer and a few bowls!

    Ingredients Needed

Ground Chicken: I always buy high quality meat when I can!

Red Onion: This gives the burgers flavor and provides numerous health benefits.

Paleo Flour: I like to use the Bob’s Red Mill brand!

Lemon: This also gives the burgers a refreshing and delicious flavor!

Garlic: Feel free to use fresh garlic or garlic powder here.

Salt: My favorite salt is Redmond Real Salt because it has great ingredients and there are no unnecessary fillers. If you use my discount code LESSWITHLAUR you can get 15% off their website.

Dill: I love using fresh dill here!

Avocado Oil: This is my favorite oil to use in the air fryer because it has a high smoke point.

Zucchini: I am always looking for more ways to add vegetables into my diet!

Breadcrumbs: You can use any breadcrumbs here! If you follow a gluten-free diet like I do, my favorite gluten-free breadcrumbs are Paleo Powder! I love ordering all of my gluten-free and dairy-free staples like breadcrumbs from Thrive Market because they have great prices and they deliver right to your doorstep. If you use my link, you can get 40% off your first order.

How to Make These Delicious Air Fryer Chicken Burgers

For the burgers: Combine ground chicken, red onion, paleo flour, lemon juice, garlic powder, dill, salt and avocado oil in a bowl. Form into patties (it should make about 4). Air fry at 400° F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

For the zucchini fries: Cut 2 zucchinis lengthwise and chop to create fry shapes. Dip into avocado oil and then breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with garlic salt and air fry for 7-10 min at 400° F.

    Storage

Feel free to freeze these air fryer chicken burgers to have on hand whenever you need them! You can also store them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
