- 1 delicata squash
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Gather your ingredients.
Cut the ends off your squash and slice it in half lengthwise.
Scoop the seeds out of the middle and dispose of them.
Slice each half of the squash into crescent-shaped pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
Place squash in a bowl. Add oil and season with spices or seasoning of your choice! Mix it around until each piece is thoroughly coated.
Place squash into the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes at 400 °F.
