1 cutting board
1 knife
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 honeycrisp apples
- 2 potatoes
- 1 fennel bulb
- 1 sweet onion
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash salt
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Round up your ingredients and preheat your oven to 425°F.
Chop apples, potatoes, onions and fennel. Sprinkle apples with honey, if desired.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Add the ground beef to a bowl along with honey and garlic powder.
Roll into 1-1 1/2 inch balls and place in crevices on baking sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes, or until vegetables are lightly browned and beef is cooked.
