Carrot Cake Protein Balls

Equipment

  • 1 food processor
  • 1 plate

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 scoop bone broth protein, unflavored
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • dash salt
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • coconut flakes (for rolling)

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Combine all ingredients in the food processor besides raisins and coconut flakes. Add in raisins.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls.
  • Place coconut flakes on a plate and roll each ball in flakes until it is fully coated. Enjoy!
