    Dates: Dates play a crucial role in these carrot cake protein balls. They add sweetness while also binding together the ingredients.

    Pecans: Pecans add a delicious nutty flavor to this recipe. You can also use walnuts!

    Carrot: Fresh shredded carrot makes these protein balls carrot cake flavored!

    Protein: Protein powder provides these balls with some protein!

    Vanilla Extract: I love the flavor that vanilla extract gives sweet treats.

    Cinnamon: Cinnamon adds a delicious flavor to these protein balls.

    Ginger: Ginger adds a unique flavor to this recipe!

    Step-By-Step Instructions

    Step 1: Gather your ingredients.

    Step 2: Combine all ingredients in food processor except raisins and coconut flakes. Blend and add raisins.

    Step 3: Roll into 1 inch balls.

    Step 4: Place coconut flakes on a plate and roll each ball in flakes until it is fully coated. Enjoy!

    Store these carrot cake protein balls in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

    • 3/4 cup dates
    • 3/4 cup pecans
    • 1/3 cup shredded carrots
    • 1 scoop bone broth protein, unflavored

    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • dash salt
    • 1/3 cup raisins
    • coconut flakes (for rolling)
