Chicken Snack Wrap

This healthier homemade version of the chicken snack wrap is not only gluten and dairy-free, but it's also made with real, wholesome ingredients. I used to beg my parents to swing by McDonald’s for one of these on the way home—such great memories! Since they stopped serving them, I’ve created my own version, and it brings back all the nostalgia. They’re so simple to whip up, you’ll hardly need a recipe!

Ingredients

  • 6 tortillas
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 ½ cups breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • ½ cup avocado oil
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Coat chicken tenders in avocado oil and breadcrumbs, then cook in an oiled pan over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes per side.
  • Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce and ranch. Add cheese if you like!
