- 1 box pasta
- 1 can beans
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- dash salt
- 2 cups shredded chicken use a rotisserie chicken to make it quicker
Gather your ingredients.
Cook pasta according to instructions on box.
While the pasta is cooking, chop the veggies, add onion to a pan and sauté over medium heat.
Add in garlic, peppers, corn, taco spices and salt and continue to cook. Stir in kidney beans and tomatoes.
Strain pasta and add into pan. Stir in the cooked chicken and enjoy!
