Equipment

  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 sheet of parchment paper
  • 2 bowls
  • 12 skewers

Ingredients

  • 15 strawberries
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup white chocolate
  • 15 pretzels mini rods
  • 30 mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Wash and cut your strawberries and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Break the pretzel sticks in half and stick the broken sides of the pretzel stick into a mini marshmallow.
  • Add the coconut oil to the dark chocolate and melt it. Dip each mini marshmallow into the chocolate and attach it to the strawberry so that each strawberry has two legs. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes to secure the legs.
  • Using a skewer, dip each strawberry turkey into the melted dark chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  • Optional to dip the legs in white chocolate at the end! Melt the white chocolate and dip the ends of the legs in it. Place in the fridge or freezer to harden. Enjoy!
