Ingredients

  • ¾ cup coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup sunflower seed butter- Sunbutter brand
  • cup vanilla protein powder
  • 4 dates- prefer Joolie’s dates brand
  • Dash salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Combine ingredients in a food processor (minus ¼ cup of shredded coconut).
  • Roll into balls.
  • Roll in coconut flakes.
