Preheat the oven to 350°F and gather your ingredients.
Shred your chicken. Add all of the ingredients into a greased 8x8 baking dish and stir them around.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Option to broil at the end for 1-2 minutes to make the casserole crispy on the top. Serve and enjoy!

NOTE: I highly recommend using a rotisserie chicken, as it speeds up the process. I also recommend using frozen rice and vegetables to make this a super quick weeknight meal!
