  • 1 ramekin

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • dash salt
  • 3/4 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine wet ingredients in a ramekin and stir in dry.
  • Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the top is browned. Add toppings of your choice! I used a gingerbread man, clove, cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
