- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- dash salt
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine wet ingredients in a ramekin and stir in dry.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the top is browned. Add toppings of your choice! I used a gingerbread man, clove, cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
