Dilly Bar (Dairy Free)

Made in minutes and with simple ingredients that are also refined sugar and gluten free, these vegan frozen bites are a great make ahead dessert.

1 baking sheet
1 parchment sheet
6 popsicle sticks
- 2 cups dairy free yogurt
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate candies
- 1 tsp vanilla
For the shell
- 1 1/2 cups dairy free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil optional
Gather your ingredients.
Combine ingredients for the filling in a bowl.
Scoop filling into large circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Press popsicle sticks into yogurt circles.
Freeze until hardened.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a small bowl. Drizzle chocolate over yogurt pops until fully covered and freeze again until hardened. Enjoy!
