Easter Breakfast Fruit Pizzas

Ingredients

Breakfast Pizza Crust

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp sunflower butter or nut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (optional)

Toppings

  • 1 1/2 cups yogurt dairy free if needed
  • 2 cups assorted fruit

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Combine crust ingredients in a bowl.
  • Scoop crust onto baking sheet and form into egg shapes (crust will spread out so be mindful of that)!
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While crusts are baking, chop up fruit.
  • Once the crusts are cooled, spread yogurt on top.
  • Decorate with fruit and enjoy!
