Easy Oatmeal Breakfast Pizza Crust (Gluten-Free and Vegan)

An easy and delicious breakfast idea!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1-2 tsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Form into a pizza crust and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 min.
  • Freeze for later or top with your favorite toppings! I used raspberries, blueberries, granola and chocolate chips!
