teriyaki sauce or coconut aminos
green onions (for topping)
Instructions
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, add to an oiled skillet and cook over medium heat.
While the chicken is cooking, make rice according to package.
Add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, salt and garlic and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Once chicken is browned, add in sauce and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Assemble your meal prep by combining rice, chicken, broccoli, pineapple and topping with green onion or eat it right away as a teriyaki chicken bowl!
