Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken sausages
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 apple
  • ½ red onion
  • Dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • ½ cup honey lemon dressing- homemade or store bought

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Chop your vegetables and sausages.
  • Add all ingredients to a sheet pan and season. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned.
  • Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
