- 1 package chicken sausages
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 apple
- ½ red onion
- Dash salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp thyme
- ½ cup honey lemon dressing- homemade or store bought
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 400°F.
Chop your vegetables and sausages.
Add all ingredients to a sheet pan and season. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned.
Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
