Gluten Free Apple Cider Donuts

Donuts
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/8 cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash salt
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 350°F.
Reduce apple cider by bringing it to a simmer and letting it cook for approximately 10 minutes. Let cool.
Add all wet ingredients to a bowl.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Add batter to greased donut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
While donuts are baking, make cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll donuts in mixture and enjoy!
