Gluten Free Cake Pops
These gluten free cake pops are the perfect nostalgic childhood treat with an allergy-friendly twist. Remember those magical childhood days of biting into a perfectly round, chocolate-covered treat on a stick? I loved them and I knew I had to recreate this treat at home with simpler and customizable ingredients.

1 cake pan
1 mixing bowl
1 baking sheet
1 mixing spoon
- 1 box vanilla cake mix (and ingredients to make it)
- 1 container vanilla frosting
- 1 cup sprinkles
- 2 bars white chocolate
Gather your ingredients.
Bake the cake according to the instructions on the box.
Let the cake cool and then crumble into a bowl.
Stir in frosting and place in fridge for 10 minutes to firm.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet and place into fridge for 1 hour to firm.
Melt white chocolate and dip cake balls into it.
Add sprinkles on top and enjoy!
