Gluten Free Cake Pops

These gluten free cake pops are the perfect nostalgic childhood treat with an allergy-friendly twist. Remember those magical childhood days of biting into a perfectly round, chocolate-covered treat on a stick? I loved them and I knew I had to recreate this treat at home with simpler and customizable ingredients.

Equipment

  • 1 cake pan
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 baking sheet
  • 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (and ingredients to make it)
  • 1 container vanilla frosting
  • 1 cup sprinkles
  • 2 bars white chocolate

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Bake the cake according to the instructions on the box.
  • Let the cake cool and then crumble into a bowl.
  • Stir in frosting and place in fridge for 10 minutes to firm.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet and place into fridge for 1 hour to firm.
  • Melt white chocolate and dip cake balls into it.
  • Add sprinkles on top and enjoy!
