Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry

Equipment

  • 1 pan
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger knob
  • 1 crown broccoli
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Umami Joy Sauce
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Chop your vegetables.
  • Add the garlic to an oiled pan and sauté over medium heat until lightly browned.
  • Cut chicken into cubes and add into pan. Add salt. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add vegetables, stir and cook until lightly browned and chicken is done.
  • Pour honey and sauce into pan and cook for 2 more minutes. If desired, serve on top of rice and enjoy!
