Gluten Free Ladyfingers

1 mixing spoon
1 baking sheet
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- dash salt
Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine milk and lemon in bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Form into ladyfingers and place on baking sheet. (These cookies will spread so make them thin).
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
