  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash salt

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine milk and lemon in bowl.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Place batter in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Form into ladyfingers and place on baking sheet. (These cookies will spread so make them thin).
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes.
