Gluten Free Lasagna Soup

Equipment

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 pot
  • 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 carton broth
  • 1 can diced green chiles
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 box gluten free lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Chop onion and green pepper.
  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat.
  • Add in pepper, diced tomatoes, green chiles, spices and broth. Cover and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the broken lasagna noodles to the pot. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
  • Add in parmesan cheese (optional). Serve and enjoy!
