- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 carton broth
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 tsp chili powder
- dash salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 box gluten free lasagna noodles
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
Gather your ingredients.
Chop onion and green pepper.
In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat.
Add in pepper, diced tomatoes, green chiles, spices and broth. Cover and bring to a simmer.
Add the broken lasagna noodles to the pot. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
Add in parmesan cheese (optional). Serve and enjoy!
