Ingredients

mac and cheese

crackers, crushed

melted butter
vegan, if needed

or sub for flax eggs
Instructions
Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F.
Prepare mac and cheese according to instructions on the box. Add 1 egg or flax egg and combine.
In a separate bowl, combine cracker crumbs, butter and 2 eggs (or flax eggs).
Pack this mixture tightly into a greased mini muffin tin. Add mac and cheese on top.
Bake for 15 minutes and broil for 1 minute at the end!
