Gluten Free Mac and Cheese Bites

Equipment

  • 1 mini muffin tin
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 pot

Ingredients

  • 1 box mac and cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter vegan, if needed
  • 3 eggs or sub for flax eggs

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F.
  • Prepare mac and cheese according to instructions on the box. Add 1 egg or flax egg and combine.
  • In a separate bowl, combine cracker crumbs, butter and 2 eggs (or flax eggs).
  • Pack this mixture tightly into a greased mini muffin tin. Add mac and cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and broil for 1 minute at the end!
