Gluten Free Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

1 baking sheet
1 mixing spoon
1 cookie scooper
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash salt
Gather your ingredients and preheat oven to 350ºF.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Scoop cookies onto baking sheet using a cookie scooper or your hands. Gently flatten cookies slightly.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
