Green Chile Burrito Dressing

coconut milk

avocado oil

green chiles (4.5 oz)

cashews (pre-soaked for 2-3 hours)

Instructions
Gather your ingredients.
Cook your rice according to the package. Cook it either in a pan or microwave it depending on what kind of rice you have on hand!
Add the ground beef and seasoning to an oiled pan and cook over medium-high heat.
While the beef is cooking, cook the onions and bell peppers as well.
Cook the black beans in a pot or in the microwave.
Make the dressing by combining all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Once all of the ingredients are ready, assemble your bowls by adding ground beef, vegetables, salsa, black beans, guacamole, lettuce and rice.
