Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • Dash salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package romaine or butterhead lettuce

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Chop your vegetables.
  • Add onion to an oiled pan and cook until browned.
  • Add in ground beef, seasoning and red pepper.
  • Cook to desired doneness. Cool and build lettuce cups.
