Equipment

  • 1 heart shaped sushi mold
  • 1 bowl or pot (to make the rice)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup microgreens

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Cook your rice according to package.
  • Cut your fruits and vegetables.
  • Place your nori in the sushi mold and add rice on top.
  • Make a little divot in the rice for the filling. You can use your finger or a spoon for this. Add your filling.
  • Roll your sushi and close the mold. Cut the sushi roll into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

PRO TIPS:
Make sure your knife is wet and clean when cutting each piece of sushi. This will help prevent the nori from ripping.
Make your sushi while your rice is still warm. Cold rice is harder to work with.
