Place your nori in the sushi mold and add rice on top.
Make a little divot in the rice for the filling. You can use your finger or a spoon for this. Add your filling.
Roll your sushi and close the mold. Cut the sushi roll into pieces and enjoy!

PRO TIPS:Make sure your knife is wet and clean when cutting each piece of sushi. This will help prevent the nori from ripping. Make your sushi while your rice is still warm. Cold rice is harder to work with.
