Honey Garlic Meatballs

These homemade honey garlic meatballs are perfect for when you're craving that sticky-sweet takeout flavor but want a healthier or gluten free option! These meatballs are mouthwatering and bathed in a tangy-sweet flavorful sauce!

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/8 cup coconut flour
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Sauce

  • 1 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Combine ingredients for meatballs in a bowl.
  • Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
  • While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by combining ingredients in a pan and heating over low-medium heat.
  • Add meatballs into the sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
