How to Make Buffalo Ranch Viral Smash Burger Tacos

I put my own twist on them by making them buffalo ranch flavored. The best part is that they are also gluten-free and dairy-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 package tortillas
  • 1 package ground beef
  • 1 bottle dairy-free buffalo sauce
  • 1 bottle dairy-free ranch
  • 1 sweet onion, sautéd
  • 1 package dairy-free cheese
  • 1 head lettuce

Instructions

  • Roll ground meat into balls.
  • Press into tortilla and cook on greased pan over medium or medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness (I'm one of those rare people who like my burgers well done).
  • Add the cheese and cook until melted.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and sauces!
