    How to Make Buffalo Ranch Viral Smash Burger Tacos

    I’m sure by now you’ve seen the viral smash burger tacos. I put my own twist on them by making them buffalo ranch flavored. The best part is that they are also gluten-free and dairy-free! I love taking trends and adapting them to fit my dietary restrictions so that I (and others with food allergies and dietary restrictions) can enjoy delicious foods too!

    Why You’ll Love These Buffalo Ranch Viral Smash Burger Tacos

    They’re allergy-friendly!

    They are packed with flavor.

    They are easily adaptable!

    These burgers are delicious and a fun way to change it up!

    Equipment Needed

    All you need to make these buffalo ranch viral smash burger tacos is a pan! My favorite non-toxic pans are Caraway Pans (which are gorgeous) and Xtrema Pans (which are 100% ceramic). If you purchase them from my links, you get a discount!

    Ingredients Needed for These Smash Burger Tacos

    Tortillas: I love using grain-free and gluten-free tortillas. My favorite brand is Siete!

    Ground Beef: I make sure to use grass-fed and grass-finished ground beef. You could also substitute turkey here if you would like!

    Cheese: I used dairy-free cheese here!

    Toppings: I topped mine with buffalo sauce and dairy-free ranch! You could also use traditional burger toppings including grilled onions and lettuce!

    How to Make These Buffalo Ranch Viral Smash Burger Tacos

    Roll ground meat into balls. Press into tortilla and cook on greased pan over medium or medium-high heat until cooked to desired doneness (I’m one of those rare people who like my burgers well done). Add the cheese and cook until melted. Top with your favorite toppings and sauces!

    Substitutions and Variations

    Feel free to swap out ground beef for another meat (like turkey) if you wish! Feel free to also mix up the toppings.
